Hyeongcheol Lee (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1988 and 1990, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA, in 1997. 

He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering, Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea. His research interests include adaptive and nonlinear control, embedded systems, applications to vehicle controls, and vehicle dynamics.
