IEEE Open Journal of Vehicular Technology (OJVT) is an open access, all-electronic journal which publishes original high-quality papers covering the theoretical, experimental and operational aspects of electrical and electronics engineering in mobile radio, motor vehicles and land transportation. Tutorial and survey papers are also considered. IEEE OJVT is part of IEEE VTS’s continued commitment to providing options to support the needs of all authors.
