IEEE Open Journal of Vehicular Technology (OJVT) is an open access, all-electronic journal which publishes original high-quality papers covering the theoretical, experimental and operational aspects of electrical and electronics engineering in mobile radio, motor vehicles and land transportation. Tutorial and survey papers are also considered. IEEE OJVT is part of IEEE VTS’s continued commitment to providing options to support the needs of all authors.

In 2023, the IEEE OJVT received its debut impact factor of 6.4 according to the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) 2023.

For papers submitted in 2024, the Article Processing Charge (APC) is US$1995 plus applicable local taxes.

For papers submitted in 2025, The APC is US$2075 plus applicable local taxes.

IEEE VTS Members receive a 20% discount.

These discounts cannot be combined and do not apply to undergraduate and graduate students.
