New APC discount rates for IEEE OJVT

We are happy to announce the new APC discount rates for the Open Journal of Vehicular Technology!

As well as our current 30% discount for VTS members, and 10% for IEEE members, OJVT offers 50% APC discount if the paper is an extended submission with substantial new contribution from one of the 3 most recent Vehicular Technology Conferences (IEEE VTC) or one of the 2 most recent Vehicle Power and Propulsion Conferences (IEEE VPPC).
