Evgenii Vinogradov serves as a Visiting Professor at KU Leuven, Belgium, and a Lead Researcher at the Technology Innovation Institute in UAE, with research interests centered around wireless communication involving aerial drones and the advancements of 5G-6G networks. A graduate of the UCLouvain in Belgium with a PhD in telecommunications engineering, Evgenii also spent fruitful years at KU Leuven, engaging in several pivotal projects as a Research Associate. Prior to his academic pursuits, Evgenii gathered industry experience at firms such as Tele2 and VEON in Russia. Dr. Vinogradov journey initiated at the Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" (ETU), Russia, laying a strong foundation in vehicular communications.
