Shuaishuai Guo(S'14-M'17-SM'22) received the B.E and Ph.D. degrees in communication and information systems from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2011 and 2017, respectively. He visited University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC), USA, from 2016 to 2017. He worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia from 2017 to 2019. Now, he is working as a full professor of Shandong University.
