Dr. Sachan holds an M.Tech from ABV-IIITM Gwalior and a Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee, India. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at IIT Bombay, India focusing on algorithm design, software defined networking, and intelligent transportation systems.
