Yuan Wu received the PhD degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2010. He is currently an Associate Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City, University of Macau, Macau SAR, China, and also with the Department of Computer and Information Science, University of Macau. His research interests include resource management for wireless networks, edge computing and edge intelligence, and integrated sensing, communication, and computation networks. He received the Best Paper Awards from the IEEE ICC’2016, IEEE TCGCC’2017, IWCMC’2021, and WCNC’2023. He served as the Track/Symposium Co-Chairs for IEEE VTC’2017-Fall, VTC’2022-Spring, GLOBECOM’2024, VTC’2025-Spring, and ICCC’2025. He is currently on the editorial boards of IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, and IEEE Internet of Things Journal. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair of Macau Chapter, IEEE Communications Society and the Vice-Chair of the Meetings and Conference Committee, IEEE Communications Society Asia/Pacific Region. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, the Distinguished Member of China Computer Federation, and the Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (2025 Class).
