Yuan Wu (Senior Member, IEEE received a Ph.D. degree in electronic and computer engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2010. From 2016 to 2017, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, Canada. He is currently an Associate Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City, University of Macau, and also with the Department of Computer and Information Science, University of Macau. His research interests include resource management for wireless networks, green communications and computing, mobile edge computing, and vehicular networks. He was a recipient of the Best Paper Award from the IEEE International Conference on Communications in 2016, the Best Paper Award from the IEEE Technical Committee on Green Communications and Computing in 2017, the Best Paper Award from the International Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing Conference in 2021, and the Best Paper Award from the IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference in 2023. He is currently on the editorial boards of IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, and IEEE Open Journal of the Communication Society. He served as the guest editor for IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Network, IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, and IET Communications.
