Xuefei Li received the B.E. degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, where she is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Information and Communication Engineering. From 2023 to 2024, she was a Visiting Researcher with the Information Systems Technology and Design Pillar, Singapore University of Technology and Design. Her research interests include wireless communications, vehicular networks, network intelligence, and machine learning.
