Haitao Zhao received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees (Hons.) in signal and information processing from the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China, in 2011 and 2008, respectively. He is currently a Professor at the College of Communication and Information Engineering, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. From May 2019 to November 2019, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China. His current research interests include wireless multimedia modeling, capacity prediction, and the Internet of Things. Dr. Zhao received the Second Prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Award 2019 and the Second Prize of the Technology Invention Award of the Chinese Communication Society in 2017 and 2019.
