My name is Ashkan, and I am a PhD candidate at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), affiliated with the Centre for Accident Research & Road Safety – Queensland (CARRS-Q). My academic journey has been centered on the study of automated vehicles, with a specific emphasis on control systems, including adaptive cruise control and fuzzy logic control, beginning with my master's research. Currently, my doctoral work is focused on advancing the field of automated vehicles through the integration of explainable AI, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs).
