Dr. Kai Liu is currently a full professor in the College of Computer Science, Chongqing University (CQU). He is also with the National Elite Institute of Engineering, CQU. Liu received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong in 2011. From December 2010 to May 2011, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Computer Science, University of Virginia (UVa), USA. From 2011 to 2014, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore; City University of Hong Kong (CityU); and Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). Research interests include Internet of Vehicles, Autonomous Driving, Mobile Computing, Pervasive Computing, etc.
