Peiran Dong received the B.S. and M.S. degree from the Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, in 2018 and 2021, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D degree in
the Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include mobile edge computing, network computation offloading, and resource management.
