Seshan Srirangarajan (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree from the University of Mumbai, India in 2001, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Minnesota, USA in 2005 and 2008, respectively, all in Electrical Engineering. Since 2015, he has been with the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi where he is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Prior to this he was an IRCSET/Intel Postdoctoral Fellow with the Nimbus Centre for Embedded Systems Research at the Cork Institute of Technology, Ireland. From 2008 to 2011, he was a Research Fellow with the Intelligent Systems Center at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In 2005-06, he was with the Wireless Technologies Group at Honeywell Technology Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota, as an intern. His research interests span the broad areas of signal processing and wireless communications with current focus being on positioning in wireless networks, sensor networks, compressed sensing, radar signal processing, optimization, and machine learning.
