Wenlong Zhang received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Changsha University of Science and Technology, Changsha, China, in 2010, and received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2020. From May 2017 to May 2019, he was a visiting scholar with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI, USA. He is currently a Electrical Engineer with Department Railway Technology Center, Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Cp. Ltd., Zhuzhou, China. His current research interests include magnetic levitation train, design of electrical machines for high speed train, numerical methods for the calculation of machine parameters.
