Yinglei Teng is a Professor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) specializing in wireless communications, including high-speed train (HST) communications, stochastic optimization, and edge intelligence. She became an IEEE Senior Member in 2019 and has made significant contributions to the field with over 90 high-quality research papers, more than 80 invention patents, and participation in 8 industry standards.
Her research has been widely recognized, earning her prestigious awards such as the China Association for Science and Technology Special Award and the Beijing Science and Technology Award. With extensive experience in scientific research, she has secured funding from leading programs, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the National Key R&D Young Scientist Project, Huawei, and China Mobile.
