Currently, he serves as Deputy general manager of International Engineering Company of China Railway Electrification Bureau, General manager of Israel Branch, and project leader of Electrical Engineering Bureau of Tel Aviv Light Rail Red Line System and Track Design, Construction and Maintenance Project Department. During his working period, he successively served as project technician, technical supervisor, deputy minister of engineering, Minister of Engineering, project chief engineer, deputy project manager, project manager, branch manager, regional manager and other positions. He has participated in or taken charge of 11 subway line engineering projects in Beijing, Chongqing, Nanjing, Tel Aviv and other cities, many of which are multi-professional large-scale contracting projects. I have a good understanding of various majors of subway electromechanical and system equipment. I am good at multi-professional technical interface coordination management, joint adjustment and joint trial, general contract project management, regional branch management, and familiar with overseas project management. In terms of academic improvement, I have participated in the compilation of such books as Beijing Rail Transit Engineering Data Management Regulations - Equipment Chapter, Review of Rail Transit Equipment System, Construction Technology and Management of Urban Rail Transit Power Supply System, etc., which have been published.
