Dr. Yue Zhao received the Ph.D. degree from the School of Telecommunications Engineering, Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2020. He is currently an associate professor (employed as prospective associate professor) at State Key Lab. of ISN, School of Telecommunication Engineering, Xidian University, Shaanxi, China. He also serves as Master’s Supervisor in the same affiliation. From 2018 to 2019, he was a visiting student with Broadband Communications Research (BBCR) Group at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada. The co-supervisor is Xuemin (Sherman) Shen, who is President of IEEE Communications Society, Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of Engineering Institute of Canada, Fellow of Canadian Academy of Engineering, Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.
