IEEE VTS Chapter of the Year Award Nomination Form
The IEEE VTS presents an annual award for its best-performing Chapter, to encourage the great work that Chapters are doing in assisting membership development and value/benefit for the membership of the VTS and wider IEEE.
The award will be presented to the Chapter Chair at the Awards Presentation held at the Fall VTC each year.
All active VTS Chapters (and joint Chapters) who have not received the award in the past 3 years are eligible for nomination.
Chapters that are considered for the Award are required to demonstrate significant progress/achievement in one or more of the following areas:
1. Service to Chapter membership in terms of technical activities
2. Service to Chapter membership in terms of societal activities
3. Chapter membership advancement, fellow nominations, and awards
4. Chapter membership growth
