Oh-Soon Shin received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1998, 2000, and 2004, respectively. From 2004 to 2005, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Division of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Harvard University, MA, USA. From 2006 to 2007, he was a Senior Engineer with Samsung Electronics, Suwon, South Korea. In 2007, he joined the School of Electronic Engineering, Soongsil University, Seoul, where he is currently a Professor. His research interests include communication theory, wireless communication systems, and signal processing for communications.
