Dr. Saad Khadar is a professor at Zain Achour University at Djelfa. He received the bachelor’s and master’s (Hons.) degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Msila, Algeria, in 2012 and 2016, respectively, the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Zain Achour University of Djelfa, Algeria, in 2021. He joined Smart Grid Center Laboratory in 2020, Texas A&M University at Qatar, Doha, as a Graduate Assistant. Dr. Khadar has research experiences at many universities in many countries including Qatar, Poland, Turkey, and Algeria. He has supervised/co-supervised several PhD and Master students. He is also a Reviewer for a number of journals and conferences. His principal area of research interest is Modeling and Simulation of Power Electronic Converters, Control of Multi-Phase Motor Drives, Renewable Energy Sources, Diagnostics, Fault-Tolerant Control, Solar Water Pumping System and Electric Vehicle Drive System. Dr. Khadar has authored/co-authored several research papers in top journals and conferences.
