Sheng Feng (IEEE Senior Member) received the B.S. in Computing from Greenwich University in 2004, the M.S. degree in software engineering in 2013 and the Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent system from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China in 2017. He is currently an Associate professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shaoxing University, Shaoxing, China.

He has authored one monograph and edited one book, over 20 technical papers, including top journals, such as the IEEE TIP, the JNCA, and the CBM. His research interests are in the area of intelligent robot, computer vision and wireless sensor networks.

Dr. Feng actively serves his research communities in various roles. He is currently serving the editorial boards of the International Conference on Sensing Technology and as a reviewer of the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MOBILE COMPUTING, the IEEE Access, the JOURNAL OF NETWORK AND COMPUTER APPLICATIONS, the REMOTE SENSING, INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS, and a number of other international journals. He has served as a co-chair of the 34th Chinese Control and Decision Conference 2022, the 35th Chinese Control Conference 2016.
