Yongfu Li (Senior Member，IEEE) received the Ph. D degree in control science and engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2012. He is currently a Full Professor and Director of Key Laboratory of Intelligent Air-Ground Cooperative Control for Universities in Chongqing. His research interests include connected and automated vehicles, intelligent transportation systems, and UAV swarm control. Dr. Li serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems and Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles as well as an Editorial Advisory Board Member for Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies.
