Bo Xu received his B.S. degree in communication engineering and Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2018 and 2022. He is currently with the faculty of the Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Wireless Communi cations, College of Telecommunications and Information Engineering, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He won the Second Prize of Science and Technology of the China Communications Society in 2024. His research interests include distributed learning and Space-Air-Ground-Water Integrated Communication Systems.
