Brandon S. Swartley, P.E., is experienced in the design and operations of traction power systems, power plant distribution systems, and high-voltage substations gained over the past 30 years providing engineering and consulting services for commercial buildings, industrial and utility projects, nuclear power plants, and railway power systems throughout North America. His expertise includes power system studies, computer simulations, and development of detailed engineering design documents that include design criteria, technical specifications, drawings, reports, and test plans for AC and DC power systems. Mr. Swartley also serves as a project manager for multidisciplinary engineering projects where he provides technical expertise as well as schedule and budget management, quality control oversight, and client and stakeholder coordination. His experience includes performing and leading construction support services related to electrical power systems. He is active in the IEEE and serves as the Chapter Chair for the Philadelphia Vehicular Technology Chapter.
