Mr. Gui Liu was graduated from Northeastern University, Shenyang China with Bachelor Degree of Industry Automatic Control in 2001, and received his Master Degree of Enterprise Management (Standardization) from School of Business Administration, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan China. He is now the Director of Standardization Dept. of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd since 2001, and responsible for standardization activities, including international standards. He is now a professor Engineer, the Core Technical Expert of CRRC (China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation Ltd. ), and registered standardization expert of National Railway Administration of China. He’s been the Secretary of IEEE/VT/HSTMSC (High Speed Train and Maglev Standards Committee) since 2020.
