Electrical Vehicle Charging infrastructures: from the scenario to the impacts and integration with electrical power systems and ICTs

Vehicle charging infrastructure is increasingly becoming interdisciplinary and complex systems.
On the one hand, they present all the electrical issues of energy conversion related to storage systems. On the other, their integration with telecommunication infrastructures makes them systems capable of enabling new services and new scenarios in the energy field.
In this DL we will discuss the new usage scenarios, the main features and the potential of integration with ICT, with particular attention to modeling and simulation tools. From the use of Machine Learning to hardware in the loop.
