Dr. V. Narasimhulu has been serving as the Advisor for the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (VTS) at RGMCET for the past one year. He has played a pivotal role in strengthening IEEE activities on campus by establishing 16 IEEE Society Chapters for the RGMCET Student Branch from 2022 to date.

He is actively associated as a reviewer with several reputed international journals, including those under IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, as well as other Web of Science and Scopus–indexed journals. To date, he has reviewed more than 300 research articles, reflecting his strong academic and research engagement.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he received the IEEE Hyderabad Section’s Outstanding Branch Counsellor Award – 2024 on 11 February 2024.

Dr. Narasimhulu has also extended his volunteer services to the IEEE Hyderabad Section, serving as the Treasurer of the IEEE IES Chapter from August 2023 to May 2025. He is currently the Vice-Chair of the IEEE Ananthapuramu Subsection, Hyderabad Section, continuing to contribute significantly to the growth of the IEEE community.
