Estifanos Tilahun Mihret received the B.S. degree in computer science from Hawassa University, Ethiopia, in 2012, and the M.S. degree in computer networking from Jimma University, Ethiopia, in 2018. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at the National Taiwan University
of Science and Technology, Taipei, Taiwan. His research interests include intelligent transportation systems (ITS), autonomous driving systems (ADS), and intelligent routing and resource allocation management protocols.
