Dr. Fuxi Wen (Senior Member, IEEE) received a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2013. He held research positions in Singapore and U.K., from 2013 to 2017. He was a Researcher and a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden, from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, he joined the School of Vehicle and Mobility, at Tsinghua University, China, as an Associate Professor (research track). His research interests include vehicular communications, cooperative and automated driving techniques.
