Guanghai Liu is a Professor-level Senior Engineer, Expert Talent of China Unicom, and Principal Researcher of Wireless Technology at China Unicom Research Institute. He has led group-level major projects including 5G wireless network sharing, QoS/slicing-based end-to-end differentiation, and VoLTE/VoNR standardization. He currently serves as technical lead for low-altitude communication test network verification and networking. He has authored a monograph (first author), published over 30 papers, contributed to 30+ standards, and holds 80+ granted patents (including 4 PCT and 2 SEPs). His 5G co-construction and sharing innovations have won 2 GSMA Awards and multiple industry science and technology progress awards, while he personally has received China Unicom's innovation awards and honors such as “Pacesetter” and “Excellent Artisan”.
