Jayaprakash Kar is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT), Jaipur, India, where he also leads the Center for Cryptology, Cyber Security and Digital Forensics (C3-SDF). Prof. Kar’s research focuses on the design and analysis of cryptographic protocols and primitives using Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) and pairing-based cryptography, both in the Random Oracle Model and Standard Model. His broader interests include zero-knowledge proofs, secret sharing schemes, and secure multi-party computation (MPC), Blockchain and VANET Security.
