Lakshmi Narasimhan is an associate professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Madras. He is also affiliated to the Wadhwani School of Data Science and AI at IIT Madras. Previously, he was a Fulbright scholar at MIT, and he has worked at National Instruments R&D, Syracuse University and Cisco Systems R&D. His area of research includes statistical learning and inference algorithms for communication in connected networks.
