Dr. Long Yang received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. Since 2015, he has been a Faculty Member with Xidian University, where he is currently a Full Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Services Networks. From 2017 to 2019, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He was a Leading Guest Editor of IEEE Internet of Things Journal on Special Issue Ultra-Reliable and Low-Latency Satellite Communications for Ubiquitous Internet of Everything (IoE), and he is now serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology and IET Communications. His current research interests include flexible antenna, satellite communications, covert communications, non-orthogonal multiple access, and wireless physical-layer security.
