Meng Qin received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from the Taiyuan University of Technology, China, in 2012, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in information and communication systems from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 2015 and 2018, respectively. He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow with School of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Peking University and Peng Cheng Laboratory, China. He is currently an assistant researcher with Department of Strategic and Advanced Interdisciplinary Research, Peng Cheng Laboratory, China. His research interests include Cybertwin-based cloud native network，AI agent network, Intelligent management and control of 6G Networks, AI-aided self-organized wireless networks, edge intelligence in wireless networks.
