Ming-Min Zhao (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in information and communication engineering from Zhejiang University, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. From 2015 to 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Iowa State University, Ames, IA, USA. From 2017 to 2018, he worked as a Research Engineer with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. From 2019 to 2020, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore. Since 2018, he has been working with Zhejiang University, where he is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering. His research interests include algorithm design and analysis for advanced MIMO, signal processing for communication, channel coding, and machine learning for wireless communications. He was the recipient of the IEEE Communications Society Katherine Johnson Young Author Best Paper Award in 2024. He was the Publication and Publicity Co-Chair for the 2022 International Symposium on Wireless Communication Systems (ISWCS), and co-organized workshops at IEEE/CIC ICCC 2025 and IEEE VTC2025-Fall. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE OPEN JOURNAL OF SIGNAL PROCESSING and IEEE WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS LETTERS.
