Momiao Zhou received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Communication Engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2012 and 2018, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor for School of Computer Science and Information Engineering of Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China. His research interests include Internet of Vehicles, wireless heterogeneous networks, and autonomous driving.
