Mu Zhou (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in the Information and Communication Engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2006, 2008, and 2012 respectively. He was a Joint-cultivated Ph.D. Student at the University of Pittsburgh, USA, and a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, China. Afterward, he joined Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT), Chongqing, China, where he has been a Full Professor since 2014. He is now the Dean of School of Electronic Science and Engineering of CQUPT and the Vice Director of Mobile Communications Engineering Research Center, Ministry of Education. His research interests include quantum AI, quantum radar, and wireless localization and sensing. Currently, he serves as the Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, the Early Career Advisory Board Member for the IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica, the Area Editor for the Physical Communication (Elsevier), and the Editor for the EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking (Springer). He was listed in the World's Top 2% Scientists published by Stanford University from 2022 to 2024.
