Naoki Ishikawa is an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, Yokohama National University, Kanagawa, Japan. He received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 2014, 2015, and 2017, respectively. In 2015, he was an academic visitor with the School of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton, U.K. From 2016 to 2017, he was a research fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. From 2017 to 2020, he was an Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Information Sciences, Hiroshima City University, Japan. From 2025 to 2026, he was a research scholar with the Jacobs School of Engineering, University of California, San Diego, U.S. His research interests include quantum algorithms and wireless communications.
