Nour Chargui is a Cybersecurity Engineering student at TEK-UP and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Software Engineering. She currently serves as the IEEE VTS Tunisia Section Chapter Student Representative and is a Guest Member of the IEEE VTS Education Committee for the 2026–2027 term.

Nour has previously served as PES Day 2026 Co-Chair and is actively involved in several IEEE initiatives, including the IEEE CS Juniors Program Corresponding Committee, the IEEE Smart Cities Communication Committee, and the Region 8 CS SYP Awards and Engagement Program.
