I always believe in the quote “Start where you are, Use what you have, and do what you can”. I completed my B.E. at V.R.S.College of Engineering and Technology. As I was interested in the engineering area, I continued my studies by seeking a Master of Engineering in the discipline of Power Systems at Crescent Engineering College. In 2012, I began working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at St. Joseph's College of Engineering, Chennai.

During my duration of being a professor, I have published in three International Journals. The first paper was published in Int. J. Advanced Research in Basic Engg. Sci. & Tech (IJARBEST) under the title “ANALYSING EQUILIBRIA IN AN ELECTRICITY MARKET” in Vol.5, No.10, October 2019. The second paper was published in the Indonesian Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Vol. 16, No. 3, in December 2019 under the title “Optimal volt/var control of distribution system using multi-objective particle swarm optimization”
The third paper was published in Int. J. Emerg. Electr. Power Syst. 2021 on August 4, 2021, under the title “Coordinated power management and control of renewable energy sources based smart grid”.
I have also received a patent in February 2021 under the title “INTELLIGENT POWER MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUE USING CUK-LUO FUSED CONVERTER FOR HYBRID POWER SYSTEM

Upon my career as a professor, I stepped up as a mentor for the IEEE Student Branch Chapter of St. Joseph’s College of Engineering in December 2014. In the year 2019, I became the Student Branch Counselor of the IEEE SJCE SBC. I have been one of the speakers for the KYIEEE(Know Your II also served as a jury member for several events like MAS E-Tech, Yesist 12, and Womansera’ 21. I also volunteered for the great event Upskill ‘21 conducted by IEEE Young Professionals, Madras Section. I acted as the mentor for IEEE YESIST’12 2022. I have been invited as a panelist for SPAC’22 - Panel Discussion. I have been one among the speakers for the YP Connect .

In 2022, I have moved to the grade as IEEE SENIOR MEMBER.
I also serve as the Executive Member of IEEE MAS Young Professionals and Treasurer of IEEE MAS Vehicular Technology Society.
