Tao Huang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia, in 2016. He was an Endeavour Australia Cheung Kong Research Fellow. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at James Cook University, Australia, where he also serves as Co-Deputy Head of the JCU Centre for AI and Data Science Innovation. He has received several awards, including the IEEE WCNC Best Paper Award, IEEE Outstanding Leadership Award, IEEE Access Outstanding Associate Editor Recognition, and Springer Nature Editor of Distinction Awards. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the IEEE Northern Australia Section and Chair of the local IEEE MTT-S/ComSoc Chapter.
