Tuo Wu received the B.Eng. degree in telecommunication engineering from South China Normal University, Guangzhou, China, in 2017, and the M.S. degree in wireless radio physics from Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2021. He received the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London, U.K., in 2024. From 2024 to 2025, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. From 2025 to 2026, he was a research assistant professor with the State Key Laboratory of Terahertz and Millimeter Waves, Department of Electronic Engineering, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He is currently a Professor with South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China.
