Dr. Wahyu Pamungkas is an associate professor in wireless and mobile communication at Telkom University, Purwokerto, Indonesia, and also a senior member of IEEE. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from ITS Surabaya, a master's in Telecommunication Engineering from Telkom University, and a B.Eng. in Telecommunication Engineering from Gadjah Mada University. His research focuses on wireless communications, vehicular communication systems, software-defined radio, and satellite communication technologies.

Dr. Pamungkas has published extensively in high-impact journals and international conferences, particularly in signal processing, wireless networks, and digital communication systems. His work includes Doppler effect mitigation in V2V communication, DVB-T2 performance in high-speed train environments, and IoT-based applications for smart city solutions. He has been actively involved in IEEE as a reviewer and Technical Program Committee (TPC) member for various international conferences, including IEEE ComNetSat. He also holds certifications in AI and 5G from Huawei and has received multiple research grants for wireless communication advancements.

Dr. Pamungkas is the former leader of the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Group at Telkom University, Purwokerto.
