Wen Wu received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 2019. He is an Associate Researcher at the Frontier Research Center, Pengcheng Laboratory, Shenzhen, China. His research interests include vehicular networks, vehicular network slicing, AI-based vehicular networking, edge intelligence, vehicular edge LLM, split learning, LLM fine-tuning, and resource management. Dr. Wu received the World Top 2% Scientist Award 2023-2025, IEEE VTS OJVT Best Paper Award, and the IEEE HITC Award for Excellence (Early Career Researcher), ACM MobiCom Workshop Best Paper Award, USENIX Security Distinguished Paper Award, ComSoc TEA Excellence Camp Runner-Up Award, IEEE ICCT Best Student Paper Award, and IEEE CIC/ICCC Best Paper Award. Dr. Wu served as Track Co-Chair for IEEE VTC 2022-2025, and Workshop Co-Chair for IEEE INFOCOM 2022-2025, IEEE Globecom 2024, IEEE MASS 2025, and IEEE ICCC 2023-2025. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE TMC, IEEE TCCN, and JCIN. He has published over 140 refereed IEEE journal and conference papers, as well as 6 books/book chapters, filed 10+ PCT patents, and issued 2 US patents.
