Prof. Xiaoheng Deng received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from Central South University, Changsha, China, in 2005. He is currently a Full Professor and Dean of the School of Electronic Information at Central South University. He also serves as the Director of the Engineering Center of Data Sensing and Switching Equipment of Hunan Province and the Vice Director of the Hunan Electronics Society. His research interests include edge computing, wireless networks, IoT, IoV, Distributed systems, big data. He has published over 150 papers in prestigious journals and conferences, including IEEE TMC, TWC, TVT, IoT Journal, TNSE, CVPR, ICC, Globecom, and WCNC. He is a senior member of CCF and IEEE, a member of ACM.
