Xue-Qin Jiang (Senior Member, IEEE) received a B.E. degree in computer science from the Nanjing Institute of Technology, Nanjing, China, and an M.S. and Ph.D. degree in electronics engineering from Chonbuk National University, Jeonju, South Korea. He is currently a Professor at the College of Information Science and Technology, Donghua University, Shanghai, China. He has authored or coauthored more than 80 journal articles. His research interests include wireless communications, quantum key distribution, and signal processing. He is an Associate Editors for IEEE COMMUNICATIONS LETTERS.
