Yongjun Xu received his Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from Jilin University, China, in 2015. He joined the School of Communications and Information Engineering, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chongqing, China, in 2016, and is now a full professor. From 2018 to 2019, he was a Visiting Scholar with Utah State University, Logan, UT, USA. Dr. Xu is the Senior Member of IEEE. He was listed in the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University from 2022-2025. He is now the editorial board of IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society, IEEE Signal Processing Letters, Signal Processing, Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking. He has published more than 100 papers in prestigious journals and international conferences. His research interests include resource allocation, V2X, artificial intelligence, backscatter communication, symbiotic radio, RIS, ISAC, Internet of Things, etc.
