The committee shall maintain an up-to-date record of the Constitution & Bylaws of this Society, and to ensure that the Society’s Constitution and Bylaws are in accord with IEEE requirements.

It shall be the responsibility of this committee to advise the Board of Governors of any need or desire for change in the Society’s Constitution and Bylaws and to prepare such changes as are appropriate when directed to do so by the President or the Board of Governors. The chairman of this committee shall also serve as the Parliamentarian for the Board of Governors.
