Nominations opens for IEEE VTS Chapter of the Year Award

The IEEE VTS presents an annual award for its best performing Chapter, to encourage the great work that Chapters are doing in assisting membership development and value/benefit for the membership of the VTS and wider IEEE.
All active VTS Chapters (and joint Chapters) who have not received the award in the past 3 years are eligible for nomination. Chapters that are nominated for the award are required to demonstrate significant progress/achievement in one or more of the following areas:
- Service to Chapter membership in terms of technical activities
- Service to Chapter membership in terms of societal activities
- Chapter membership advancement, fellow nominations, and awards
- Chapter membership growth
Nominated Chapters will be assessed against these indicators to determine the winner.
The award will be presented to the winning Chapter at the Awards Presentation at VTC2023-Fall.
If you believe that your local Chapter or another Chapter qualifies, you can nominate the Chapter by completing this web form. You can nominate your own/local Chapter if you wish (i.e., Chapter self-nomination is allowed).
Nominations are due by 30 April 2023, Anywhere on Earth.
