A Journal Flourishes Because of Its People

Managing a peer-reviewed IEEE journal is never easy, especially for a journal that received its first Impact Factor only two years ago. It is a labor of dedication, built entirely on volunteer service, where everyone of us simply strives to do our very best for the community we serve.

I am deeply grateful to my three Editors-at-Large and more than 50 Editors, who consistently demonstrate quiet excellence. With professionalism, integrity, and generosity of time, you continue to push our journal toward new heights in both quality and impact.
